Is there a conspiracy with the Nintendo Wii? We were thinking about getting it as a family gift and I assumed since it has been out for a year, it would be easy to get now. Why is it not? Is it Nintendo? Is it the stores? Is it Americans insane desire to have everything immediately and not allow others to have it because then how would they know that they are cool?! How would they know their worth?!

Good Luck! We thought about getting it too as a family gift and I've totally given up. In my research I have learned that peoplen (Who just happen to be in the right place at the right time) buy them and then turn around and sell them on ebay for double - just because they're such a hot ticket. I'm totally bummed because the kids really wanted one.
Darn! I really want you to get it. It would be so much fun to get it out on Monday nights!
